New IT process improvement initiative

We are very pleased to announce that in June, we have started an improvement program in which we will help an important oil & gas company in the transformation of its ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITBM (IT Business Management) processes.

This new initiative, in which we will work together with our business partners, aims to redesign incident, service, demand and program management processes, and implement a software tool to support them.
